But Kamala Harris, as Border 'Czar'; has diverted the emergency humanitarian resources to citizens of other nations, whom she has enticed to migrate here.
Many are Haitians who were resettled in places like Springfield Ohio, with promises of housing, cash, and even access to nearby cats and dogs.
